Avoid a layout called "Turtle Head Moon" where a structure points north into the main hall from the south. This is called an "ominous pavilion." Even a slightly taller building in this position brings misfortune. A saying goes: "Turtle Head in the south means the owner will change." It is also said to harm the householder.

平地龙脉寻水势
A dragon-shaped landform on flat ground originates from a high mountain range, rising as a star peak and descending into a cave site. In high mountains, identify the star peak; on flat land, trace water flow on both sides. Where two waters converge, the true dragon lies—the central area surrounded by branching forms.
